Here's another Heavy Loadout. Note the 9x18 mag pouches on the chest rig, as opposed to the standard 6x18. 120 rounds total capacity including the Hammershot.
Lastly, here's an example of an FTL (Fire Team Leader) load out. Note only a primary and sidearm -- no high capacity secondary weapon.
